GEOTIER develops digital infrastructure on brownfield land across the UK and Europe — and we are always looking for the next site that fits.

Site Type
Priority goes to previously developed land with hardstanding, access, or utility infrastructure already in place.
Connectivity
We favour sites within reach of the strategic road network and a credible grid connection.
Scale
Holdings of three acres or more, capable of hosting digital infrastructure at meaningful scale.
